Please be advised that the auditor of Delta Life Assurance Company Cash Liquidity Investment Fund has been changed to Mr. Massad Safwat Obaid – Safwat Obaid Office for Accountants, Legal Advisors, and Consultants, registered under FRA record No. (382), in accordance with the maximum approved fees stated in the Fund’s prospectus approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority, following the resignation of Mr. Khaled Rashad Abdel Rabbo, the former auditor. This amendment was approved pursuant to the Fund Supervision Committee’s decision dated 14/4/2026 and the Financial Regulatory Authority’s approval dated 28/4/2026.
